How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year. A yearly service keeps the boiler safe and efficient, catches small faults before they become breakdowns, and is often needed to keep a manufacturer's warranty valid.
What is the difference between gas, LPG and oil heating?
Mains gas is piped to the property. LPG and heating oil are delivered and stored in a tank on site, which is why they are common in rural homes without a gas supply. We can advise which suits your property and running costs.
Can air conditioning also heat my space?
Yes. Most modern split systems run in reverse to provide efficient heating, so one installation can cool in summer and warm in the colder months.
Do you work with landlords and businesses?
Yes. We handle landlord gas safety records and planned maintenance for commercial heating, gas and air conditioning, with the paperwork kept in order.
